Luke 13:10-17
This week’s message is all about holy rescue and rejoicing in the wonder of God’s Spirit among us! In Luke 13:10-17, Jesus breaks the rules of his day to bring healing and restoration to a woman who had been cast aside. He reminds us that sometimes following the “rules” can actually do harm — and that God calls us to break down barriers, lift up the outcast, and bring joy and healing to our communities. The question is: when Jesus disrupts the rules, will we respond with criticism… or with rejoicing?
