Colossians 1:11-20
Today we celebrate the Reign of Christ, the final Sunday of the church year—a reminder that no ruler, no power, no system stands above Jesus. In a world filled with chaos, division, and misplaced loyalties, we proclaim a bold truth: Christ holds all things together. Christ is our refuge when leaders fail, our peace when nations tremble, our unity when the world pushes us apart. In Him there is room for everyone, abundance instead of scarcity, hope instead of fear. As we prepare to enter Advent, we remember who truly reigns—and who gathers us together in love, justice, and reconciliation. May we place our trust not in earthly power, but in the One who is the image of the invisible God, the Savior who welcomes all. We are united, together, in Christ.
